Teams App on PC/Laptop

If you have the app installed on your device already, double click on the Teams icon, which looks like this:

The below window will now appear. 

Here, you need to enter your college account details.

This will be your Firstname.Secondname@ccpstudent.org.uk  (so if your name is David John your email will be David.John@ccpstudent.org.uk)

And your default password will be – College#2025

You will now be logged into the Teams app.

Teams Online

If you dont have the app installed, you can access Microsoft teams online.

Open any internet browser (chrome, edge, Firefox, etc) and go to www.office.com

Here, you log in with your college account details.

This will be your Firstname.Secondname@ccpstudent.org.uk  (so if your name is David John your email will be David.John@ccpstudent.org.uk)

And your default password will be – College#2025

Then press enter

When you first log in you will be asked for more information like the image above just press next here.

You can pick any ONE of the options below. Once filled in, you can continue to your account by pressing Finish

Once logged in, click on the dots in the top left-hand corner and you should see all your apps. Click on Teams to open it.

You will now be logged into your Teams.

Teams on a Mobile Phone

Open the app store, or play store, depending on which phone you have and type in “Microsoft Teams”

Press the ‘Get’ or ‘Install’ button

Once installed, sign in your college email address. 

This will be your Firstname.Secondname@ccpstudent.org.uk  (so if your name is David John your email will be David.John@ccpstudent.org.uk)

And your default password will be – College#2025

Then press enter
